I arrived safe and sound in Sydney to celebrate my birthday. I don't recall ever being so excited about touching down in Australia before!
Friday night (jet lag..what's that!), I headed out with Helga and friends to El Circo. It was an amazing dining and
entertaining experience. The courses ranged from a three types of soup (hot and cold) served in a test tube, to lamb shank served with out cutlery (hygiene was considered and you were provided with a latex glove!), to desert with sauces added by syringe.
Through out the whole dinner we were entertained by magicians, dancers, singers and trapeze artists.
Amazing!
